Deliveries are packaged and shipped every Thursday. As long as you get your order in before 12pm EST on Wednesday you'll make that weeks deliveries.

Deliveries will arrive:

GTA - Thursdays (same day)

Hamilton - Mondays

Rest of Canada - 3-10 business days

We work with local couriers to fulfil your orders, once your order is fulfilled from our warehouse you'll receive a text or email from our delivery provider with tracking information.

We can deliver across Canada with Canada Post, but we work with local couriers across Ontario with significantly reduced shipping rates.

We’re slowly growing the number of cities we service more directly. Until then, we appreciate your patience as we build our capacity to deliver to your doorstep!

Choose your preferred frequency, and your recurring orders will do the work for you! Your account will be automatically charged the Sunday before it's scheduled to ship out. You can cancel at anytime with no penalty!
